Back to the Basics.

I read something recently when I was spiraling out of control with anxiety and daily responsibility. It was along the lines of this: If you feel overwhelmed or like life is too much, go back to the basics.
Do some laundry. Clean up your space. Go for a walk. Take a nap. Take a bath. Take a nap in the bath!
When you go back to the basics, your foundation will get stronger. And, when your foundation is strong, there is no need to fear the wind.
