You have to learn your lesson. You have to heal the hurt child. You have to rest. You have to put yourself back together. You have to get back up. You have to stand a little taller. You have to speak a little louder. You have to give a little more. You have to heal. You have to breathe. You have to rest.

One day, you will wake up. You will take some steps forward. You will humble yourself. You will pay attention to your signs and warnings. You will speak to other inner children. You will heal a little more. You will set boundaries. You will make progress.

You will know who the fuck you are.
